The BEST Homemade Bed Slide For UNDER $300 (8’ BED!!!)
I’m running Kenda Bear claw htr 26x11x14 live then. I was running Sedona rip saws which are almost twice s heavy. My machine feels more responsive with the lighter bear claws but I lost some top speed switching to the lighter tire. I thought lighter tire more top speed . With heavier tires once you get them rotating they push you forward faster but the lighter tires are better for hill climbs
1 month already 750 miles. I know guys who don’t have those miles after a year
Love bore this guy actually uses his atv’s !!! He doesn’t abuse them by using the as boats but uses them hard in every area possible. He team rides hits some mud , works with them and they look like he’s getting good $ worth out of his machine. A few more thousand miles and we will finally have the answer Honda or Yamaha do reliability
I want 😭😭
Dudes got the best views on RUclips!!! Can’t get better then this scenery
Sorry to hear about the bear. Ever since women chose bears over Men, they haven't been acting right.
Man what the hell . Something wrong with that Honda. It looks frozen. They’re great machines. I just watched a video with his Yamaha Grizzly I don’t think that one is gonna start as easy as the Honda at -17
Honda's are the worst cold cranking ATV's on the planet...but I love'em.
2006 honda foreman Rubicon 500. 6600 miles with regular maintenance. We use it everyday in our ranch pulling logs and trailer.
My rear diff makes no noise. My front diff makes no noise. My front rack makes no noise. 2024 Rubicon with over 10 hours on it already. I cannot stand weird noises either. Mine does not make any! Have yours checked.
Haha. A little bit late to have it checked. It’s got 4k miles on it and is a rag doll
Love my Rubicon. Great vehicle. Glad I went with Honda.
That Yamaha should start a little better. Thank God I don’t get a Grizzly. I don’t think that’s Gina last like your Honda’s

Cool bike, shadows are really well sorted. For all the stink that was made about the Harley lawsuit over the single pin crank, I never really hear that Harley gallop when I hear them run, they have their own distinct even paced sound. Sounds like a much bigger displacement engine, too
👍
Talking about how smooth a ride it is does the grizzly have adjustable shocks like the honda? I know it makes a big difference on mine from the first to last notch.
Yeah it does have adjustable shocks. I keep the rear on the softest setting and the front on the second notch. Works great for my riding style. The front on the softest setting made it feel like it wanted to roll on corners.
I wish they would have only used engine size only from the rincon and everything else rubicon on the new 700. Then it would have been the grizzly killer.
Would have been great. Still a little low on power though. Really just needs to be a ground up redesign. 6 speed DCT and 700cc at least.
transmission still exploding?
Never had a Honda transmission issue? What are you referring too.
@@JacobOverman buddy has one, his exploded ,Honda said its a software issue than makes the transmission shift wrong and it detonates. I think he had about 3000 kms when it happened .took two or three months to get his 520 back from Honda centre.
I have a 2008 Suzuki king quad 750. And love it. No issues at all so far.
That’s good! Suzuki makes a good machine
Looking to buy one this week. It’s a 2017 lariat fx4 with 67000 miles on it. Motor was replaced 5,000 miles ago by ford and is warrantied. 50,000 a good deal?
50,000 for that would highway robbery. The market has crashed on used vehicles. Especially having an engine already I would be worried. Even though it’s ford. It won’t be as good as getting one that’s not touched. For $50,000. Shop around. You can probably get a 20+ with under 100k
I like the blue color too.
Yeah I do as well but the red and black/grey is super nice. Love it
@@JacobOvermanfor me it's always the one I saw last lol
That thing is really nice looking. I’m sure it’ll last a real long time. I don’t know if you have seen or not but I saw on Hondas website…..the rubicon 700………
I’m disappointed. Honda missed big time.
@@JacobOverman I agree. I’m going to buy new in the next few years and I won’t be getting the 700 unless they change some stuff. Looks virtually the same as a 520.
Honda nation I have a 2016 Honda 420 with 33890km on it Honda is the best
They make the most reliable machine. That’s for sure.
Excellent video! My wife and I are getting one.
Thanks and congratulations. You will enjoy it
You still have the Yamaha
Yes
Hahaha. Your video is so stupid its making me laugh. I can't stop laughing at your so called problem. Nothing you said is problems, I consider them maintenance and al, you complaining about the body and paint. Dude learn to drive and stop hitting stuff.
Looks like the grass is coming in nicely.
It is. 😂
New tires look very nice!!
Thanks! They make it look a lot better id say
I had a 2013 Foreman and that plastic was super thick like a 5 gallon bucket
I remember those bodies were tough
Beautiful ATV! I have a 2011 Rubicon, and prior to that I had an '02. Both have been great trail machines. I think it's important to access what you are going to use an ATV for prior to purchase. For myself, I wanted a reliable and rugged ATV that had a solid reputation for low maintenance. This is exactly what a Rubicon will provide. It's not the fastest, it's not the best mudding machine, it doesn't have all the latest tech on it, and it won't tow the most. What it does do extremely well is that when you go out to the garage you know that it is going to start and run like the first day you got it home. The other thing I like is the fit/finish and attention to details. Great machine, and I'm sure that your Father is going to love it.
I know he will love it. Hondas have served me well for years and he knows how great they are. Looking forward to years with the Honda.
I laugh at the push in oil dipstick concerns. Mine fits extremely snug and has a long/deep rubber seal. You also never hear of issues from it on the forums.
I didn’t know if it was an issue or not. Just makes me nervous.
@@JacobOvermanI get that but I’ve never read of an issue with it. The air filter on the other hand……grease the sealing surface and you’ll be golden
Nice Honda. In 2021 when I bought my grizzly xtr I considered the rubicon deluxe but yes otd price was slightly more than my grizzly. The grizzly has been bulletproof and has more power, smoother ride, better handling. No brainer for me.
The best way to do it is have both!
Great looking wheeler! Navy blue deluxe model is awesome to. What are your thoughts on the Kawi Brute Force 750?
We have a Honda rubicon 23 identical and for wife a 23 yamaha kodiak both great machines… I thought you had to use clutch friendly oil on the Yamaha because of the cvt I could be wrong. Can’t beat Honda reliability overall
Nice. I run rotella t4 15w40 in both my Honda and my Yamaha
I've got my 2000 rancher 350 up to 52
Wow.
That is a really deadly color scheme.
I know that’s right! Best color they have ever offered
A brute Force 300 can do 55 mph
That’s fast for a 300
Still waiting for the 700 and not just a rincon 😢
I know. Me too. I’m just about to give up on the Honda thing.
I mean c’mon what were the thinking. The rincon was fine the way it was. Other than it being the same four wheeler since it released
Speaking from experience, I have had the Honda Pioneer 700 and 1000. The 3 speed in the 700 is pretty stupid. It shifts into 3rd gear around 22 mph and tops out at 45 so it's very drawn out. The cabin heat in the Pioneer 1000 will run you out of it. The 700 heat wasn't great but it was bearable. I live down South so it was a big deal to me. I was a die hard Honda guy that hated CVT but I sold my Pioneer 1000 after 5 months after not being able to stand being in the cab in 95° weather. Switched to a Ranger XP 1000 and so far so good. Hope this helps give at least some credit to the Ranger that you don't seem fond of. Honda needs to figure it out with the heat, along with their lack of storage, very very cheap plastic doors and horrible brake design.
Interesting to note. Honda is a very lazy company when it comes to innovation. They won’t change much.
@@JacobOvermanI agree. I couldn't be talked into anything besides a Honda to begin with but it wasn't worth having with the amount of heat. If they can ever get that remedied and use some higher quality parts I'd buy another in a heartbeat.
Couldn’t stay away could you
Can’t resist the Honda.
Yamaha still the better all around bike in my opinion!
Let’s see your Yamaha in 15 years
Most people think Honda is the most reliable because of the reputation it earned many decades ago with its cars but Yamaha is every bit as reliable. The deciding factor for me is the "bang for buck" that Yamaha offers along with the much better design for handling (FUN). Honda still uses drum brakes and relatively short travel suspension as well as straight axles on some models. They don't handle great or provide a very nice ride. On top of that they're underpowered for any given class they occupy. I have a '19 Grizzly and a '21 Grizzly XTR and both have had no problems at all (the same goes for my '20 YZ450 and '24 Raptor 700).
Honda is so dated and not as reliable and good as people think. Look at the market that gets updated yearly mx bikes. The hondas are at the bottom yet again and have been for years. They have brand new fully re designed 25 models coming out this summer. Let's see how they are but yamaha has been on top for years in both 250 and 450. Also yamaha has been known for being the most reliable for years and years in that market not honda.
Well my 2008. Suzuki king quad 750 is still going strong. With no issues with it. Just regular maintenance stuff. But I also like Yamaha and Honda. If I could have all three I would. @@theedmondsons4443
Never 😂 you are wrong and that not just my opinion it’s a fact
Right on. Ride red! Love my '21 Rubi as well.
Nice. I’ve had many rubicons and have been happy with all of them
@@JacobOverman yeah, I've seen your videos of them and others. 😉 Theyre definitely reliable machines.
@@Rubi-RedRiderthey are super tough

This is a great video, and I think the principles you discuss here apply to cars, boats, planes, and many other areas. What I'm hearing you say is, basically, there is no such thing as something for nothing.
Thank you. It definitely does
Is that the street tire model? Haha
Haha. That’s what they come with 2022+
Grizzly if my life does not depend on it, Honda if it does!
Agree 100% unless I’m running from a bear
My 2013 Foreman goes 56.😅
Nice
I want the 2023 rincon
Let me know if you like it.
How does this compare to Cummins ?
So many different factors/pros and cons that I don’t know. I personally love powerstrokes and enjoy the ford pickups more than a dodge. However as time goes on. The 7.3 is getting old and tired/lots of electronics. The old 12 valve Cummins is a good comparison and i think will be around longer and more reliably. Not for daily driving. But for the engine just working and not failing. Modern day. I pick Powerstroke 10x
